Topping Out Ceremony – Future Station 4 & Training Center On October 15th, District staff and community members gathered at the site of our future Station 4 and Training Center to celebrate a major construction milestone — the Topping Out Ceremony! This tradition marks the moment when the last piece of the main structure’s framing is hoisted into place, symbolizing progress and teamwork as the project moves into its next exciting phase.Located along Hwy 285, approximately one mile north of Pecos, Station 4 will play a key role in reducing response times to the north and east sides of Pecos as well as central Reeves County. In addition, the new Training Facility will strengthen fire and EMS operations across Reeves County and throughout the Permian Basin, ensuring our teams continue to deliver the highest level of service to the communities we serve.
